All our planetary have been designed to be put, completely charged, in and out of the chamber (of the PVD reactors).That way, the open door time is reduced to the minimum and the productivity increases.
They are placed on the floor of the chamber to avoid the feed through the shaft to be overload. They are all, reliable and easy to maintein.
